The Vegan Society offers a Vegan Pledge scheme for non-vegans who would like to try veganism for seven days or for thirty days.
If you are interested in becoming vegan or trying out vegan living the Vegan Pledge is for you.
Your own vegan mentor to answer your questions
If you take part in the thirty day Pledge, you can choose to be put in touch with your own vegan mentor.
This will be an experienced vegan who is available to answer any questions you may have, or just to chat with about vegan living.
Where possible we will match you up with a mentor who lives in your area, or at least in your country if we can. All our mentors are volunteers and are keen to answer any questions you may have about vegan living.

When you sign up to the Pledge, you will be sent a welcome email with links to helpful information on different aspects of vegan living.
If you are pledging for thirty days and have asked for a mentor, we will get in touch with you again once we have matched you up with the most suitable mentor.
You'll receive several messages during your Pledge with some useful tips and resources, do let us know how you are getting on, we are always interested to hear of your experiences.
We'll also be in touch on your last day to let you know when you’ve finished and invite you to fill in a questionnaire about your experiences during the Pledge.
To sign up for the Vegan Pledge, please fill in the form below, answering as many questions as you can, you don’t have to answer them all. If you are taking the 30 Pledge (with mentor) then filling out all the questions helps us to match you up with the best mentor for you.
By signing up to the Pledge, you promise to eat only vegan food during this time.
Hint: We suggest choosing to start your Pledge in a few days’ time, as many people find it useful to have a few days to prepare beforehand.
