We exist to promote products that everyone can enjoy.

"Why does my company need The Vegan Society?"
Any type of business can register with us - it doesn't matter who you are. Manufacturers, retailers, suppliers, caterers and restaurateurs, across food, drink, toiletries, healthcare etc. - there is a way in which everybody can benefit from the increased demand for animal-free products and services.

"What costs are involved?"

The fee is based on your total company annual turnover  - that is to say, the total sales of alll your products and services. The most important reasons for this are:

1)     It avoids penalising companies that have many vegan-suitable products, and encourages companies to trademark all their vegan-suitable products making shopping experiences easier for vegans and ethical consumers alike.

2)     Every company can afford the trademark. The fee is proportionate to the size of the company so smaller companies can afford the trademark as much as large companies can.

3)     TM Holders such as yourself do not have to go through the admin work and wait for payment to clear every time you wish to register a new product or update an ingredients list.

"Not all of my products are vegan"

No problem - we emphasise registration on products rather than the company so all your suitable products can still be trademarked.

"I don't want to change my packaging"

The Vegan trademark is an excellent on-pack signal for potential buyers, but you don't have to use our logo to benefit from registration. Working with us is a great way to save money and time in your marketing - please take a look at the details opposite.

"There isn't time"

We try to accomodate your time pressures - such as labelling that needs printing as soon as possible.

"My products are sold all over the world"

Great! Our trademark is used by organisations and on thousands of products by businesses across the globe.
