Scrambled tofu
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 onions, finely chopped
1-2 level teaspoons turmeric
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 x 340g pkts silken tofu
soya sauce and salt
Heat the oil and fry the onions until light brown. Add the turmeric and garlic and stir well for 1 minute.
Add the tofu and stir well. Add soya sauce and/or salt to taste. Heat through. Serves 8.
