Sponsored events
Why not support the Vegan Society by organising or taking part in a sponsored event? You could participate in a fun run, a sponsored silence or even a bake-a-thon, with your sponsors getting to enjoy tasty vegan cakes at the end of the day! You can raise funds for the Vegan Society and treat yourself at the same time, by bidding on items offered for sale in our online charity auction! We have lots of exciting things on offer, so please visit our page and have a look.
You can also offer things for sale to raise money for the Vegan Society. So if you have any unwanted goods from around the house, unwanted Christmas or birthday presents, if you have a skill, make crafts or can bake, then why not offer these for auction and help to support the Vegan Society’s vital work!

Recycling
You can raise vital funds for the Vegan Society and rid yourselves of unwanted clutter by recycling your goods in the following ways:
CDs and DVDs
Send your unwanted CD albums and DVDs to www.musicmapgie.co.uk and we will receive a donation for each undamaged disk (light surface scratches are acceptable) that is in its original case, with the original artwork/booklet where relevant. Simply log in to the Music Magpie website, enter the barcode from each item and then print off a postage label to allow you to send them in for free.
Ink cartridges and mobile phones

Jewellery and watches

Cars and other vehicles
Do you own a vehicle that you want to dispose of? Then you can make a real difference for The Vegan Society by recycling your car with Giveacar.
They provide a free service which is available throughout the UK, and can work with you in the following ways:
- They can arrange the collection of the vehicle at no cost to you;
- Depending on its age and condition, they can either recycle it at a green facility, or send it to a salvage auction;
- You can choose to donate either the full amount raised or half the cars value.
