There are plenty of alternatives to meat and dairy produce, including soya milk, cheese, cream, margarine, and ice-cream, veggie sausages, sausage rolls, pies, burgers and much much more. Just take a trip to your local healthfood shop and you'll find yourself surrounded by temptations! But remember - just because a particular food is vegan doesn't mean it's healthy, so it's never good to have too much of any one thing, no matter how nice it tastes!
