3 1/2 oz (100g) sugar
1 3/4 pint (1 litre) water
1. Put the sugar in a jug. Boil the water, then pour it on, stir well and leave to cool.
2. Squeeze the fruit and add the juice to jug. Strain the mixture, then
leave it to chill completely. Keep cool in a thermos flask and if
possible serve with ice.
3. If you prefer fizzy lemonade only use half of the boiled water and some sparkling water when serving.
