1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 handful of mushrooms, quartered
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt to taste
1 heaped tsp tomato puree
Heat oil in a wok, add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add
garlic, cook for a minute. Add the salt, tomato puree and cook for a
further minute or two. Serves 1.
Not all ready-ground spices are gluten-free as they may have been mixed with flour to stop the spices from clumping. If you are concerned contact the relevant company to confirm, or grind your own spices.
