Quick Muesli

1 small apple, grated
1 tbsp raisins or sultanas
2 tbsp nuts
3 tbsp oats
Soya, oat or rice milk to taste
Soya yoghurt - optional

1. Mix all the ingredients together and serve.
2. If you want a sweeter taste try adding more dried fruit rather than any sugar. You can, of course, use other fresh fruit such as chopped strawberries or raspberries when in season. Serves 1.
