Vegan lifestyle resources
Some suggested sources of information on other topics which may be of interest to vegans.
Advice on health issues relating to diet
If you have any health or diet-related concerns or would like information tailored to your specific health needs, we would recommend consulting with your GP and a registered dietitian.
Your GP should be able to refer you to a dietitian. Alternatively you can consult a dietitian privately. The website Freelance Dietitians, run by a specialist group of the British Dietetic Association, has details of freelance Registered Dietitians who specialise in vegetarian and vegan diets.
Animal-derived ingredients
The website Food-Info.net has extensive information about food ingredients, including a list of all e-numbers and their suitability for vegans.
