INFORMATION OFFICER VACANCY
invited for the post of Information Officer.
applicant would report to the Head of Information.
This is an
office-based role working a 37½ -hour week Monday to Friday but may involve
occasional weekend work.
The role would be
permanent subject to satisfactory completion of a six-month probationary

Key job functions:
Work on a
computer and deal with people on the telephone
answers to phone, postal and email queries from the general public, caterers
and other organisations
Work to written

information sheets and other literature ensuring that they are thoroughly
referenced and factually accurate.

Free Shopper and other publications
and maintaining the Animal Free Shopper

and exhibitions, which are sometimes at weekends and may require an overnight
stay (lieu time off will apply)

Salary scale £15,000
to £16,500 depending on experience.
