Host to three veggie whole food shops and a vegan supermarket, some say Chorlton is the North West’s veggie capital. So it seems fitting that Manchester’s Vegan Fair is taking place there. With lots of stalls, two bars, poetry readings, talks, live music, a chocolate fountain and even rickshaw rides, the event definitely looks set to impress!
The Vegan Society will be there with a volunteer-run stall, answering questions and giving support and guidance to vegans and the vegan-curious, as well as talking to people about what we do. We will also be selling some merchandise, asking for donations, and signing up new members!
The event is handing out 100 vegan goodie-bags to the first visitors - get there early to receive yours!
