Join Shambhu's chef, Nishma Shah, as she demonstrates how to make various delicious Indian flatbreads (yeast-free). All the breads will be made without the use of dairy products or eggs. Learn how to make:
- A traditional Gujarati rotli (no added sugar)
- Laccha paratha (no added sugar)
- Kulcha (no added sugar)
- Vegetable-infused thepla (no added sugar)
- Eggless "egg chappatti" (egg-free version of the speciality flatbread created in Mombasa, Kenya) (no added sugar)
- Chickpea curry - The perfect partner for your Indian flatbreads.
For just £35 per participant, this great interactive workshop will provide opportunity for optional hands-on participation, plus free samples of the dishes made. Participants will also receive a recipe pack, and complimentary teas and coffees will be provided.
