Marie Laffineur-Pauchet is a French PhD candidate at the Institute of European Law of Human Rights in Montpellier, under the direction of Claire Vial. Her thesis subject is the State's responsibility for sustainable food. She also works as a legal trainee for the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and is an alumni of the Master's degree in Animal Law and Society (UAB).
