Designed as a stand-alone chart or as a companion to the yoga practice chart, your yoga is an encouragement to explore and continue developing an individual yoga practice. In response to feedback we have used a male yogi this time. Liz worked with a wonderful yogi and teacher Steve Bracken to create a range of poses to provide a balance of standing, seated, lying , twisting, dynamic and resting poses as well as very useful breathing exercise (pranayama).
The chart is a reminder for daily practice and incorporates a balanced mixture of poses and breathing exercises to invite the body to move and relax with awareness. Each pose is clearly illustrated with written points to be aware of. Printed on sturdy laminated paper.
