We have improved the formulation of our multivitamin VEG 1!
As of Monday 22 August, you can buy the new and updated VEG 1, here.
What changes have we made? 
- switched from vitamin D2 to a vegan version of vitamin D3
- increased the amount of vitamin D (D3) from 10µg to 20µg
- increased the amount of vitamin B12 from 10µg to 25µg
All other ingredients and quantities remain unchanged.
Why?
We have switched to vitamin D3 because vegan D3 is now available, and D3 is the form produced in our skin when exposed to the sun. The vitamin D content has been increased in line with increases in officially recommended intakes in North America and the UK. The vitamin B12 content has been increased so as to be consistent with recommendations by some prominent vegan dietitians.
