Parenting
A well-balanced plant-based diet is the best start you can give your children.
During pregnancy and childhood our nutritional needs are greater. It's often at this time that people start to think more carefully about the types of food they eat and whether their diet is as healthy as it should be. When raising a family it is important to make sure that they receive all the nutrients they need - this is as true of vegan families as it is of non-vegan families.
