Don't limit yourself to only the vegetables listed here.

Ingredients

  • 1 large potato, peeled and chopped
  • 1 broccoli stalk, florets removed
  • 1 courgette, sliced
  • 2 or more tbsp soya milk

Method

  1. Steam or boil all vegetables for 10 mins or until cooked.
  2. Cool a little and place in a blender with soya milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.

For babies aged 6-7 months
