We are happy to post details of your event on our website. Please complete the form below, confirming that the event promotes veganism. An event must be submitted at least 30 days before it is due to take place, and event promotion is subject to review.

Date fields

You must give us at least 14 days notice before the start of your event for it to be accepted.

Please provide the start and end time of your event.
Please provide a short description of what people can expect from your event.
Please provide the full address of the events' location. If it is occurring online please provide an event page or link.
We need an image sized to 724px width 352px height to use for our events listings page. If you are unable to edit your banner image, or do not know how, please upload a larger sized image we can edit.
Files must be less than 512 KB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png.
Please provide a contact email in case we require further details.
If your event is recurring we will only make one event page. The details on this page will be subsequently updated after each event ends.
Please provide all future dates in addition if any information above needs changing. E.g: Times, or event web-link

GDPR Statement

By clicking submit you understand that you are agreeing to be contacted by email about your event submission. The Vegan Society will hold your details securely using our webform system and they will not be used for any other purpose.  Your details will be deleted within 12 months of any accepted event being posted. You can request their removal at any time by contacting web[at]vegansociety[dot]com
