This World Vegan Month, we are relaunching our Vegan and Thriving campaign. You can expect brand new recipes, lots of blog content from dietitians to help you thrive on a vegan diet and support from our in-house dietitian, Andrea! 

We have launched the campaign with a short film and a series of video interviews which challenge the stereotype of what it means to be vegan, specifically in relation to masculinity. This is because overwhelming the majority of the UK vegan population are women. Our latest research explores the barriers to veganism for non-vegan men and how vegan men have overcome barriers on their vegan journey. In our campaign videos, we hear directly from vegan men about how their veganism relates to their masculinity, highlighting that veganism can be a form of strength and compassion. Thriving recipes

We have updated our recipe hub and all of our recipes have been developed with the expertise of dietitians to ensure that they are nutritionally balanced – as well as being phenomenally tasty.
