Madison Vegan Fest, celebrating a vegan lifestyle with food vendors, exhibitors, children’s activities, speakers, live music, and more is being held on October 4th at beautiful Lunney Lake Farm County Park in Madison. This event is not just for those who are already vegan, but also for everyone who loves delicious food, animals, and Madison’s beautiful outdoor spaces.
This family-friendly and fun event is free to attend and features dozens of exhibitors, including food vendors offering vegan baked goods, beverages, and delicious savory options, with plenty of gluten-free items available. The fest spotlights businesses offering sustainable and environmentally-friendly services and products, and highlights the outstanding work of farm sanctuaries, wildlife protection groups, and animal advocacy organizations.
"People often assume the fest is for people who are already vegan, but we really gear things for those who are just curious," said organizer Tara Mohan. "We love to see the surprise on people's faces when they see how many vegan options there are now."
The organizers are especially grateful to the fest’s gold sponsor, The Quirky Dove, for their generous support. Their creativity and commitment to compassionate living help make this community event possible.
