Volunteer Agreement

This agreement outlines the conditions of volunteering, and confirms you have received everything you need in order to volunteer in the most successful way. 

In signing this agreement, you agree that:

• You have received the Volunteer Handbook, and you understand how you can utilise it
• A full induction, including health and safety (if applicable), has been completed with you by a member of staff
• You are a volunteer, and so you will provide services on a voluntary basis without remuneration
• You will adhere to all policies in the Handbook, including, but not limited to, GDPR, confidentiality, insurance, and intellectual property 
• There are no other agreements between yourself and The Vegan Society relating to the subject matter of this agreement
• This agreement replaces and supercedes any existing agreement or arrangement 
• Nothing in this agreement or otherwise shall create, or be deemed to create, a partnership, joint venture or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties
• This agreement is governed by the Law of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales
