Alpro Soya No Sugars drink is paired up with oat breakfast biscuits, fruit, nut butter and seeds to produce this tasty 100% plant-based breakfast.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 2 oat breakfast biscuits, crushed
  • 180ml Alpro Soya No Sugars drink*
  • Fresh seasonal fruit e.g. ½ banana (sliced) and a small handful 40g berries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 tbsp Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp almond butter (optional)

Method

  1. Place the oat breakfast biscuits, 1 tsp chia seeds and 1 tsp of almond butter in a jar or bowl.  Pour the Alpro Soya No Sugars drink over the mixture and mix together. Cover and store overnight in the fridge. 
  2. In the morning, remove from the fridge and top with a dollop of Alpro Plain No Sugars alternative to yogurt and fruit. Sprinkle with chia seeds and a drizzle of almond butter if you wish. Breakfast is done!
