Diet and Social Determinants of Health among South Asians in the United States (Zoom Webinar)

Participants will understand the diversity of the South Asian diet and the three main dietary patterns found in our MASALA cohort study. They will recognise the distinction between healthy and unhealthy plant-based foods and how they are associated with future risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
