Yorkshire's first major vegan event
The first ever major vegan festival to be held in Yorkshire is promising to attract thousands of people from all over the UK. Taking place in Leeds city centre, it is hosting over 100 stalls which will offer a wide variety of products including cakes, clothing, pet foods, vegan cheese and chocolate.
The first visitors through the doors will be welcomed with free samples of products. Hot takeaway food will be available for hungry guests. There will also be informative stalls about animal charities and their work, animal welfare presentations and cookery demonstrations.
Admission is only £2 (under 16's free) payable at the door and all proceeds will go directly to the IAPWA animal charity.
