  • Aash-e goje'faranggee (a wholesome and thick soup made with tomato, lentils and delicately spiced)
  • Morasa pulao (a rice dish typically made with a variety of berries and nuts) (allergens: pistachio, almond)
  • Celery and tomato stew (allergens: celery)
  • Labneh (delicious cheese-like balls made from strained vegan yoghurt)(allergens: soya).
For just £35 per participant, this great interactive workshop will provide opportunity for optional hands-on participation, plus free samples of the dishes made. Participants will also receive a recipe pack, and complimentary teas and coffees will be provided.
