Join Tanaz Assefi and Shambhu's chef, Nishma Shah, as together they demonstrates how to make a variety of delicious plant-based Persian fare. In the class, you'll learn to make the following traditional Iranian dishes:
- Aash-e goje'faranggee (a wholesome and thick soup made with tomato, lentils and delicately spiced)
- Morasa pulao (a rice dish typically made with a variety of berries and nuts) (allergens: pistachio, almond)
- Celery and tomato stew (allergens: celery)
- Labneh (delicious cheese-like balls made from strained vegan yoghurt)(allergens: soya).
For just £35 per participant, this great interactive workshop will provide opportunity for optional hands-on participation, plus free samples of the dishes made. Participants will also receive a recipe pack, and complimentary teas and coffees will be provided.
