UK Conference on Nutrition in Medicine

This is Plant-based health professionals UK's annual conference and is aimed at health professionals. It brings together leaders in the field with the most up to date science and clinical practice.

This year we are excited to welcome Dr Caldwell Esselstyn and his wife Ann from the The Cleveland Clinic Wellness Institute. They have followed a plant-based diet since 1984 and are best known for helping more than a thousand patients arrest and reverse heart disease through a low fat dietary approach.

Dr Esselsyn has featured in a number of iconic documentaries including Forks Over Knives and the Game Changers. Other speakers will include Dr Anika Knuppel, Dr Dagfinn Aune, Dr Alicja Baczynska, Dr Leila Dehghan, Despina Marselou RD and Prof Amir Kassam
