The AGM will take place on Saturday 15 August from 13:00 – 17:00 online via Zoom
Members can vote online or by post on the election of trustees and on the motions to the AGM up until 12.00 on 13 August without any need to attend the AGM on 15 August at 13.00. Members should receive email or postal information regarding the motions and the candidates standing for election and voting instructions during July. Members who haven’t received this information by the end of July, should check their emails or contact membership[at]vegansociety[dot]com or call 07908403711 (Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00) to check that we have your correct contact details.
The notice of the AGM includes a link to register for the AGM. You need to register by 12:00 on 15 August so that there is time to confirm your registration and for the email with the meeting link to arrive. You can register at any time before the day of the meeting.
