These are broken down by institution, with advice relating to. We’ve also compiled letters for service users of institutions to explain their rights as vegans.

Councils

Councils wield huge influence in the provision of public sector catering. Not only can they lead by example and improve the vegan provision in their own offices, but they can influence procurement across the public sector. Read more.

It’s important for public institutions like hospitals to cater for vegan patients, but vegan food can be enjoyed by most people so let’s get more of it on hospital menus. Read more.
