Grant Summary: Our project successfully engaged 20 local businesses across vegan food, beverages and environmentally friendly accommodation in Hue city to promote veganism through creative, art-integrated communication strategies. By combining visual storytelling with both online and offline outreach, the initiative reached a broad audience, raising awareness of veganism’s health and environmental benefits. Three key achievements were realized:
(1) Collaborative visual campaign: CKC partnered with 20 local businesses to co-design and display five visually appealing art-based posters. These artworks emphasized the positive impacts of veganism on personal health and the local environment and were showcased at participating venues.
(2) Online engagement: Two online campaigns were launched in collaboration with three local organizations. These campaigns spotlighted the stories of vegan businesses and their commitment to sustainability, amplifying their visibility and inspiring community dialogue.
(3) Digital vegan map: A user-friendly vegan map was developed and shared with local people and tourists, making it easier to discover and support vegan options across Hue.
