On 12 and 13 May, the summer vegan street food festival Veganmania is coming back to Graz: on the popular Tummelplatz you can expect sunny ambience, delicious street food, creative fashion and cosmetics stands, inspiring information from NGOs and much more, accompanied by a fine musical DJ line-up!

The pancake featured here made using gram (chickpea) flour is inspired by the Italian farinata, which is usually served alongside vegetables. But in this all-in-one method, the vegetables are combined with the batter much like a big vegan frittata.
