I am an interdisciplinary researcher with a focus on win-win solutions for sustainable food systems. I work on behaviour change interventions across the food system, from producing food with fewer inputs, through to encouraging consumers to choose healthier and more sustainable foods. I use a mixture of natural science (biology, agro-ecology, statistical modelling) and social science (survey, focus group, co-development) methods in my research. All of my research is stakeholder-driven, and I am very open to new collaborations which have the potential for real impact.
