The ideal filling or frosting for any sponge cake. Just try not to eat it all before it makes it to the cake!


  • 50g margarine
  • 100g icing sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence


Beat margarine and icing sugar until creamy. Add flavouring and beat again.
