This year’s AGM will be at 1pm (registration from 12.30pm) on Saturday 19 May at The Priory Rooms in Birmingham city centre. We look forward to welcoming some of you on the day. Refreshments will be provided.

The 22nd of April is International Mother Earth Day, a celebration of Earth and the life it provides us with. It’s easily forgotten in our busy schedules, but without our planet, we would not be able to live and thrive as we do today – we wouldn’t even exist!

This is the second medical conference brought to you by Plant-basd health professionals UK. It will focus on the role of plant-based nutrition in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease. The topics to be covered include heart disease, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, cancer and post reproductive health. In addition, there will be practical advice on how to follow a healthful plant-based diet and we will share some patient stories. 

All welcome to discuss nutrition science and how to use plant based nutrition for optimal health and wellbeing.

Surrey Vegan are returning to the HG Wells again this year. This is their third Annual Fair and you can expect even more stalls and more delicious food! 

Tickets available online for a saving and there is also an option for concessions and also VIP tickets which include a tote bag and lots of goodies!  Children under 16 go free!

Launched in 2018, the Network is open to all independent or early-career researchers and postgraduate students who are conducting research into any of our three overarching research themes:

(1) Health & Wellbeing: health outcomes and benefits of vegan diets, mental health, nutrition.

(2) Society, Culture & Animal Ethics: non-human animal rights, political theory, speciesism.
