The Vegan Society will be holding our 2nd ‘Volunteer of the Year’ Awards, hosted again by the 'Just V Show' on Saturday 4th July; nominations are open now.

What do the election results mean for us and non-human animals, and what can we do?

After so many visitors got involved at Brighton VegFest back in March, the Vegan Trademark stamp competition is back for Bristol VegFest on the 23rd – 24th of May.

The lovely folks at LUSH in Milton Keynes are going to be hosting a vegan and vegetarian meetup group at the end of each month.

If you want to learn a bit more about meat production and the environment, join them in May for a screening of Cowspiracy at the Slug and Lettuce pub in the theatre district.

Entry starts at just £1, but you can splash out a little more if you would like to treat yourself to some LUSH goodies, popcorn and more.

This two day workshop will teach you awareness through vegan nutrition, yoga and emotional intelligence, to help create a happier, healthier you.

On June 6th, Shropshire Veggies and Vegans will be bringing a Green Fair and Vegan Food Festival to Shropshire Wildlife Trust for all to enjoy.

There will be free food tasting, green crafts, talks and a great selection of stalls - plus visitors will receive a free goodie bag with samples of green products, vegan food and money off vouchers!
