Farmers should move away from dairy into agriculture

The Vegan Society called on the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (EFRA) Committee to recommend support for dairy farmers to diversify away from failing dairy farming.

The World Vegan Summit and Expo is a weekend long vegan conference focussing on creating a compassionate, healthy, environmentally-sustainable vegan world.

The NYC Vegetarian Food Festival is the place to go this March to find out more about living a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. Food companies, restaurants, and health and wellness vendors will congregate in New York City to celebrate the delight of vegan food and cruelty-free living.

This fully vegan festival will feature food sampling and meals from caterers and companies, lots of information plus live entertainment and activities throughout the weekend. 

This summer, our fantastic friends over at TeenVGN have privately hired Goblin Combe Lodge for a week of fun, at the UK's very first young vegetarian and vegan summer camp!

Goblin Combe Lodge is set in 130 acres of stunning countryside and easily accessible at just 11 miles from Bristol City Centre. It has sleeping quarters over two floors, a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, sitting room, individual toilet and shower units on each floor, communal areas plus much more.

Fatih Guven is the head chef and founder of Funky Gourmet and as a raw vegan head chef, he’s worked in SAF at Zerwick in Munich, Shoreditch and Kensington.

Raw Happy and J’s Organic are hosting an amazing raw food workshop and dining experience at Maida Hill Place.

The evening will begin with a workshop looking at the health benefits gained through a high plant based diet and showing you how to prepare some of the dishes on offer later that evening.Then to round off the night there will be an incredible gourmet raw three course dinner and drink.

Maida Foodies is an events series which brings together people who are passionate about food to meet, eat and learn.
