Jasmijn de Boo, Vegan Society CEO, on health benefits of veganism in The Sun

CEO Jasmijn talks about her motivations for going vegan and how she maintains a healthy vegan diet with ease.

"My main objective by changing my diet was to be nicer to other living species but I was curious about the health benefits too. I’d heard that it was meant to be a clean, healthy lifestyle but I also wanted to make sure I would get all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals – especially calcium and protein – from the food I was eating.

Jasmijn de Boo, Vegan Society CEO, on EU Cosmetics Testing Ban in Huffington Post

CEO Jasmijn gives a comprehensive, and well-researched, background to the history of the ban and explores where it's heading, with a call to the UK Government and European Parliament to enable the funding of a major transition towards humane non-animal research and testing.
