Quick, inexpensive and easy.
- Vine of Tomatoes (or individual tomatoes)
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Place the tomatoes on a baking tray with edges (so the oil, juices and vinegar doesn't run off)
- Sprinkle with oil and balsamic vinegar
- Cook in the oven at 200'c for 15 minutes (or until wrinkly and cooked)
