Rich, spiced, and beautifully indulgent – this Vegan Mithai Chocolate Bark brings together the best of Indian tradition and modern flavour.

Ingredients

  • 200 g vegan dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2–3 kaju katli, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 small motichoor ladoo, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp crushed pistachios

Method

  1. Melt the vegan dark chocolate gently over a double boiler or in the microwave (in 30-sec intervals).
  2. Stir in the cardamom powder until smooth and fragrant.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined tray and spread evenly to about ½ cm thick.
  4. Sprinkle over chopped kaju katli, motichoor ladoo bits, and crushed pistachios.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  6. Break into rustic pieces and serve or gift in festive boxes.
