» Peanut butter & choco balls

These are the easiest snack you can ever think of! It is absolutely dairy free, also egg and refined sugar free. It is a great alternative to give your kids. Who doesn’t like the combo of peanut butter and chocolate?! It’s a win win!

Serves 12-15 balls.

For The Balls:

IngredientsPeanut Butter & Choco Balls

  • 3/4 cup all natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the balls and mix well in a food processor or with your hand and roll into balls.
  2. Freeze this for about 2-3 hours.

For The Chocolate Coating:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cacao butter
  • 8 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Melt the cacao butter on low flame and mix the cacao powder and maple syrup and keep stirring, set aside to cool and thicken.
  2. Take the balls out of the fridge and dip them in the chocolate coating and keep in the fridge again for a few minutes. If you are a big fan of chocolate like me  dip again and freeze for 20 mins.
