Rich, spiced, and beautifully indulgent – this Vegan Mithai Chocolate Bark brings together the best of Indian tradition and modern flavour.

Ingredients
- 200 g vegan dark chocolate (roughly chopped)
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 2–3 kaju katli, chopped into small pieces
- 1 small motichoor ladoo, crumbled
- 1 tbsp crushed pistachios
Method
- Melt the vegan dark chocolate gently over a double boiler or in the microwave (in 30-sec intervals).
- Stir in the cardamom powder until smooth and fragrant.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined tray and spread evenly to about ½ cm thick.
- Sprinkle over chopped kaju katli, motichoor ladoo bits, and crushed pistachios.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 15–20 minutes until firm.
- Break into rustic pieces and serve or gift in festive boxes.
