A row of carrot tops above soil.


  • 1 cup (5 oz / 140g) carrots
  • 1 1/4 cups (5 oz / 140g) ground almonds
  • Vegetable bouillon or salt and pepper to taste


  1. Dice the carrots and boil in a little water until soft.
  2. Mash the carrots then add the ground almonds and work the mixture into a paste. Season with bouillon, salt and pepper.
