David has been an animal rights based vegan for the last ten years (and a vegetarian for the ten before that). He has spent a lot of time promoting veganism, nutrition, and environmental protection through hosting numerous events including meet-ups, pot-lucks as well as outreach work, particularly with restaurants, large scale meal providers and local press.
David has a Business and Environment degree from the Open University and nearly a decade of relevant trustee experience through his work at the International Tree Foundation.
