Soya alternative to Greek-style yogurt is paired up with avocado and chillies to produce a zingy version of a breakfast and brunch favourite

Ingredients
- 4 slices multi-grain bread
- 2 avocados, ready to eat
- 5 tbsp Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek style yogurt
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 3 tsp lemon juice
- Pepper and a pinch of salt
Method
- Toast the bread
- Peel, stone and mash the avocado flesh with the lemon juice
- Add the Alpro Plain soya alternative to Greek Style yogurt and chilli flakes, season to taste and stir until everything’s well mixed
- Spread the avocado chilli mix on the toast, sprinkled with some extra chilli flakes, if you like it hot!
