Apple Fest is a two day event, celebrating the Green Britain Centre’s Heritage Orchard with an exciting line-up of activities, challenges and entertainment for all the family.
You will be able to enjoy the orchard and discover 62 heritage apple trees, including many traditional Norfolk varieties and take part in tasting and identifying them in the Centre. Meet with local producers of apple based food and drink, browse the plant and produce stalls and take part in workshops and demonstrations. Children of all ages will be inspired to connect with Nature through hands-on activities and crafts, including storytelling, Forest School workshops, circus skills and facepainting. Our licensed Vegan Café will be open all day for delicious meals, snacks and drinks.
On Saturday night you are invited to a Ceilidh with local band Hodmedod who are guaranteed to get you up and dancing.
