The Salutation Inn, a Devon based boutique hotel and restaurant, will be hosting award-winning chef Jamie Raftery for a special two-night food and wine experience. Jamie is renowned for his unique style of flavoursome, creative cuisine inspired by ancient ayurvedic philosophies and his world travels.The seven-course discovery menu has been specially crafted for the two-day event and will showcase the finest local seasonal produce alongside exotic superfoods from around the world. Dishes include king trompet ‘scallop’, pea, aubergine bacon and seaweed broth, and ceremonial matcha green tea cake, coconut yoghurt, sesame, goji, amazake. The menu is sure to astound guests while simultaneously showing the versatility of plant-based foods.

Jamie will also be joined by an expert from acclaimed Chateau Maris to guide guests through a carefully chosen biodynamic wine selection to match each dish. The menu costs £85 per person, which includes the wine flight.
