» South-Indian Fermented Vegan Cuisine class
Event Date:
Sunday 15 April 2018

This friendly and interactive cookery session will teach you how to make delicious, nutritious, low-oil and dairy-free versions of South Indian meals. All of the items taught will be naturally gluten-free too. The class is run by Nishma, Chef and Founder of Shambhu's, a vegan food company. There will be plenty of opportunity to watch closely, take notes and ask Nishma questions throughout the class. By the end of the session you will have learned about the use of fermented ingredients in South Indian cuisine and be able to use spices to create distinctive, authentic and healthy South Indian dishes at home. Printed recipes for the items taught will also be provided. Tickets cost £50 per person.

Shambhu's are kindly offering to donate £5 to The Vegan Society for every booking made through this link. When placing a booking, please let Shambhu's know that you came across this event on The Vegan Society's events page. This can be done by sending a message through the booking platform, or else by emailing contact[at]shambhus.co[dot]uk
