» Vegan Trademark holders honoured at Natural Beauty Awards

Twenty-four products registered with The Vegan Society’s Vegan Trademark have taken home prizes from the 16th annual Natural Health Beauty Awards.

There were more than 1,000 individual entries at the 2021 awards, which were created to celebrate the best in holistic and complementary beauty. Following months of judging and testing by a panel of industry professional and experts, the final winners have been revealed with nine products registered with the Vegan Trademark winning top spots and fifteen coming Highly Commended.

Faith in Nature, which has 103 products registered with the Vegan Trademark, won twice, taking home Best Hair Product for its Rose&Chamomile Hair Mask and being named overall winner of the Trailblazing Value Products category.

The English Mineral Makeup Company was also honoured three times, winning prizes for its Vegan Lashes and Beige Real Foundation while its Blue in Rose Blusher came Highly Commended in the Vegan Game Changer Category.

Naturally Tribal Skincare Ltd won Best Sensitive Skin Favourites and Beauty Kitchen was awarded Best Sustainable Range, while Made by Coopers’ Sleepy Head Room&Pillow Mist dominated in the Sleep category. Other winners include Shedid & Parrish’s Deep Cleansing Shampoo & Deep Restoration, the brand also received Highly Commended for its Afro Butter, while Haoma, the plastic-free cosmetics brand, was crowned Vegan Gamechangers. Haoma also recieved Highly Commended for its Foot&Shoe Spray and in the Soil Association Certified Essentials category.

Highly Commended also went to DR JACKSON’S in the Male Grooming Category, with the same accolade going to Scene Natural Skincare for Sustainable Range. Both Green People and PHB Ethical Beauty were recognised in the Best Parent and Baby Range. PHB Ethical Beauty also took home Highly Commended for its Flawless Filter Liquid Foundtain.

Vegan Trademark holder Ananne won twice, taking home Highly Commended for both its LAVATIO Revitalizing Shower Gel and AMABILIS Organic Hand&Nail Treatment. Meanwhile, Five Dot Botanics’ Calm Shift Lavendar and Hazlenut Cleanser was Highly Commended, as was Evole Organic Beauty’s Bio-Retional Gold Face Mask. Wild Science Lab was Highly Commended in the Vegan Game Changer category.
