Systems Development Manager
The Role
We are seeking a Systems Development Manager to lead the development and integration of our technology infrastructure across both our not-for-profit and commercial operations.
In this pivotal role, you’ll provide hands-on technical leadership across our core platforms including Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 CRM, Power BI, Sage Intacct, and our CMS website. You’ll manage system integrations, improve user journeys, and ensure our digital systems support strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system development, integration, and optimisation projects
- Manage relationships with external tech partners and vendors
- Drive data governance and reporting using Power BI
- Support cross-functional teams with technical solutions
- Contribute to long-term digital strategy and innovation
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in systems development or digital project management
- Proven expertise in CRM systems, web development, and system integrations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with business intelligence tools and data governance
- Passion for working in a values-led, not-for-profit environment
Desirable
- Experience in the charity sector
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, Umbraco CMS, and Sage Intacct
- Background in digital marketing and UX principles

Salary and Hours
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) role with a salary of £34,314–42,708 per annum.
It is a condition of your employment that, as far as is possible and practicable, you adhere to a vegan diet and lifestyle.
