The 3rd annual event in Bedford. (Formerly Bedford Vegan Fair) Back again...Bigger and better. A fantastic fun event for anyone interested in a healthy & compassionate lifestyle. Open to vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, reducetarians and omnivores. What to expect? Free food samples, information stalls, great stalls selling vegan food & products, delicious vegan cakes and much more. Come and see health practioners/vendors about health issues.

Northbrook MET college in Worthing, Sussex launched it’s first ever vegan cookery course. It is creative, social, fun and dedicated to cruelty-free eating. It runs for 6 evenings a term and a new term begins on 27th February. It is open to all.

The course classes are as follows:

*Cooking with Tofu (how to use and create dishes with this marvellous and versatile ingredient)

*Protein rich meals with lentils, beans, peas and seiten

*Sauces. Hot and cold. Sweet and savoury.

*Cakes and cookies.

*Picnic, party and finger-food.

Fundraiser for Europe's only working Victorian Flour Mill on the River Dour as well as raising awareness of raw and vegan nutrition as a healthy lifestyle. Irish Music, local craft beer & cider, vegan meals & herbal teas on sale.
Wear green and have the chance to win a prize. Tour of mill is also available!

Explore the plant based living at the Corn Exchange Devizes! On Sunday 24th March, Devizes Corn Exchange will open its doors to the vegan fair.

The Vegan Fair will offer everyone the opportunity to explore ‘Plant based living’. From cheese to cakes, chocolate, and other treats, the event offers a delicious day out to enjoy guilt-free food, drink, clothes, cosmetics and culture. There will also be talks, workshops, activities for kids and nutritional advice and support.

Summer Cycling Time Trial event is organised by Eat Plants Not Pigs Cycle Club. The aim is to build a community of vegans who want to use their passion for being physically fit and active to help spread awareness of veganism into the wider sporting world. The event will include a hill climb event at Whaley Bridge in the Peak District followed by prizes, food and drinks, including vegan pizza supplied by One Planet Pizza.

Fifth annual vegan fair in Shrewsbury arranged by Shropshire Veggies and Vegans group. Over 50 stalls including hot and cold food, cakes, sweets, chocolate, clothing, assessories, jewellery, cosmetics, books and charity stalls.

Free entry with a goody bag of samples and money off vouchers for the first 100 people through the door.

Free kids activities, treatment area and talks and presentations.

In this month's Expert Series, RAC member, Dr Eva Giraud, discusses an academic workshop on Vegan Narratives at the University of Brighton which was attended by a number of academics, activists and practitioners with an interest in veganism.
