Vegan CanederliIngredients

  • 40 dried Italian bread
  • 50-60ml vegan milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 5ml olive oil 30g spinach, cooked and finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp grated nutmeg
  • 10ml virgin olive oil
  • 7g parsley finely chopped
  • 15-25g wheat flour
  • 5ml olive oil

George Eustice MP, Farming Minister

Farming Minister George Eustice will be joining our fringe event on how veganism can help build a sustainable and healthy food future in the UK.

We know that The Vegan Society’s vision for a plant-based farming system is a radical one but with a few tweaks here and there this morning’s press release is just ten words away from chiming with our views. 

Lauren Baino recently visited Sitges, Spain. Lauren tells us about her week of trying to navigate being vegan in an unfamiliar territory. 

The fifth Kent Vegan Festival will be held at Canterbury College again - with even more space than last year!
Expect all sorts of lovely stalls. music, poetry, talks, films, children;s area in lovely, secure green space, teen activities and more!
